Format: 7v7

1 Goalie, 2 Defensemen, 2 Middies, 2 Attackmen on field

One hour games played in 20 minute halves

Limit of 3 Long-sticks permitted on field at any time.

Recommended roster size = 12-15 players (1-2 G, 3-5Def, 4-6 Mid, 3-4 Att)

FOOD:

Concessions, Food, and Drinks available on site by registration tents

To Register:

All teams must register together and pay with ONE CHECK
all withdrawals are subject to $25 administrative fee

All players must have signed Registration and Waiver Form and submitted together as a team

Mail all signed Registration and Waiver Forms, along with Check made payable to
